I’m Isaias Rojas—Personal Trainer, Online Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Men’s Physique Competitor with over 7 years in the fitness industry.

In that time, I’ve trained all types of people—from kids and young athletes, to busy parents, to seniors in their 50s and beyond. My clients have come to me with goals ranging from weight loss, muscle building, military prep, and lifestyle fitness, to overcoming challenges like post-surgery recovery, shoulder injuries, knee pain, and even knee replacements.

What sets me apart is my ability to customize programs to fit your life—whether you’re a parent juggling a busy schedule, an athlete chasing peak performance, or someone simply wanting to feel confident and pain-free again.

Question 1: I’m super busy - what if I don’t have a lot of time?

I get it—time is one of the biggest challenges when it comes to fitness. That’s why I create a personalized game plan that fits into your schedule. Whether it’s making your gym sessions more effective so you’re not wasting time, or setting up a weekly structure so you never miss a meal, I’ll help you maximize results in the least amount of time possible without overwhelming your lifestyle.

Question 2: What if I have injuries or health issues?

Many of my clients come to me with past surgeries, knee replacements, shoulder pain, or other health conditions. My approach is built on safe, sustainable training that works around your limitations while still helping you make progress. I’ll meet you where you are and guide you step by step.

Question 3: Do I have to follow a strict diet?

Absolutely not—and honestly, I don’t even believe in the word “diet.” My goal isn’t to restrict you, it’s to teach you how to fuel your body in a way that fits your life. I use two methods with my clients: intuitive eating (learning how to listen to your body) and flexible dieting (using calories and macros to keep you on track without cutting out your favorite foods). This way, you’ll have a plan that’s realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable long-term.

Question 4: I’ve never worked out before, can I still do this?

Yes! I work with complete beginners, athletes, and everyone in between. Each program is tailored to your level, so you’ll build confidence and see progress at your own pace—without feeling lost or intimidated.

Question 5: Is online coaching really effective?

100%. With my mobile training app, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct communication, you’ll get the same accountability and structure as in-person coaching. The difference is flexibility—you can train from anywhere while still having me guide you every step of the way.

Question 6: How do the coaching options work financially?

I know everyone’s timeline and goals are different. That’s why I offer a variety of options—from shorter programs for those who want something short term to 12-month elite coaching experiences for those who want the full transformation journey. I also provide payment structures to make it more accessible while still keeping the focus on results.
